How do I exchange an item?

Got the wrong color? No problem. Go to our returns page and tell us your order number and email, then what item you'd like to exchange for. We'll email your a return shipping label and once your package has been returned safe and sound, we'll send out your new item. 

How do I return an item? 

We love our products and hope you do too, but understand sometimes things need to be returned. Fortunately, we’ve made that process really easy for you! Just send go to our refund page with your order number and the reason for your return (just so we know. ‘I don’t like the color’ is an absolutely fine reason). We’ll send you a shipping label and a document to put in your box (so we know it’s your order). Once we’ve received your package, we’ll issue a refund for your order total. Piece of cake!

What's your shipping policy? 

  • Shipping Options: We offer FedEx Ground, FedEx 3rd day, and
  • Cost of Shipping: Retail orders under $50 ship ground for $6.99 and those over $50 ship ground free! 
  • Duration of Shipping: How long will each shipping method typically take?
  • Handling Time: Our products usually ship within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. 
  • Restrictions: At the moment, we currently ship only to the US. If you would like to ship internationally, please reach out to us and we'll try and accomadate your order. 

I placed a pre-order, what now? 

An order confirmation will be emailed to you, and another one will be sent when your item is shipped (that's when we process your payment). If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to sales@kafhome.com with any and all questions.

Try removing any items in your cart and clearing out your browser, then logging out and back into your account. If the issue still persists. Please send an email to sales@kafhome.com and we'll work with you to solve the issue.
