My mom gifted me a set 14 years ago. Honestly, I didn’t know if I could find them again since the tags had long been removed. I was thrilled to find new ones and look forward to another 14 years!

I received someone else’s order, called to report it and was told I’d receive the correct item shortly. That was at least a week ago and I haven’t received the corrected order yet, nor have I received any confirming correspondence. At this point I’m ready to just ask for a refund.
I have liked the item in the past, but I’m disappointed with the service.
